Brief To connect with Strutt & Parker’s current and potential clients in areas outside London, to differentiate it from local competitors and ultimately encourage new instructions
Solution Strutt & Parker has more than 40 offices outside London, from Exeter to Inverness. The challenge was to reach out to affluent potential buyers and sellers in these disparate parts of the country – with differing attitudes, expectations and property markets – via a single publication. The result is &Beyond, a beautifully crafted lifestyle magazine that celebrates smart thinking, original ideas and creative brilliance from around Britain. Content is brought together with a personality and style that challenges preconceived notions of what an estate agent’s property magazine should be. The magazine marks out Strutt & Parker as a brand that values original thinking, and combines local knowledge with a national outlook.
