Our brief for every project has been to bring this expertise to life with compelling, original content campaigns using a number of formats and channels. For example, as part of a re-launch of the client’s Cognitive Automation advisory service, we created an interactive video acting as the heart of the campaign, allowing users not only to follow the narrative of how artificial intelligence will change the world, but also to click at specific points for extra content, thus helping to drive traffic around the KPMG website. Timeliness of content is also a critical factor in much of our work, necessitating an agile, responsive approach. In response to the Brexit vote, for example, we partnered with the client to produce a number of incisive video and written assets, being ready to record and edit video interviews to help orient clients around their next steps after the surprise result.
