Brief To develop inspirational digital content that helps to deliver on Hammerson’s key marketing objectives across its portfolio of shopping centres in the UK, France and Eire. We support key product categories through ‘new-in/trends’ content; increase awareness of, and sign-ups to, portfolio-wide experiential events; and drive shopper advocacy through brand building.
Solution Using an insight-driven approach, we craft and create a calendar of motivating content which populates centres’ existing channels including CMS, social media and email. We also target key demographics through paid social and native advertising. We work closely and coordinate with other agency partners covering brand, creative, customer engagement strategy, media buying, PR and events.
