Brand storytelling for global employees of De Beers

Brief   To connect a large and diverse workforce to the De Beers brand and the ‘Pursuit of Brilliance’ concept. To make employees feel excited about being part of the world’s leading diamond company.

Solution   Pursuit, a quarterly magazine for all De Beers Group employees, celebrates the work being undertaken across this global company. We seek out epic stories from all corners of the organisation with forward-looking content and stunning photography. The message is ‘there’s much more to being part of De Beers than you thought’ as we show employees the breadth of what the company achieves across the entire diamond pipeline, from exploration to finished jewellery piece. Pursuit is read by De Beers people in South Africa, England, Botswana and Namibia. The title recently won a national award from the Institute of Internal Communication for its photography.
