New job: B2B Account Director

We’re on the hunt for a talented Account Director to join our award-winning agency in London and work on one of our flagship B2B accounts.


Management, retention, and growth of the account and its overall profitability.

Client retention

Responsible for the quality and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet and exceed the client brief and are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Develop strong relationships with all client contacts and ensure you understand all aspects of their personal and overall business strategy.

Client growth

Identify opportunities and generate organic growth for the agency.

Explore third-party partnerships within the context of your account that might help to retain or grow it.

Own and develop client strategy/account plans.

Project management

Work to ensure that internal agency teams are fully briefed, understand all aspects of what is expected and are working within budget, agreed timings and objectives.

Coordinate the ongoing management of these projects through close communication with teams, weekly meetings, internal briefs and debriefs.


Responsible for all revenue and cost lines for your projects, ensuring all costs, billings and forecasts are reported accurately.

New business

Play a supporting role in all new business development as required.


Represent Sunday to the highest standards and help promote company values inside and outside the agency.

Reports to Client Services Director.

Office-based or hybrid.
