Brief   Create a content programme that discusses global real estate issues and shows the breadth of Savills’ expertise

Solution   We’ve created a website, social posts and an email campaign, along with an annual print magazine that uncovers a collection of real-estate stories you can’t find anywhere else. The feature line-up includes a varied mix of interviews, opinion pieces, photography, illustration and infographics that analyse issues such as how new generations are changing demand and which cities will thrive in the future. We commissioned analysts and thought leaders from the worlds of property, urban studies, architecture, technology, geopolitics and more, along with Savills own experts, to debate the trends impacting the various residential, commercial, rural and development sectors. The content was also adapted for a launch event, with a guest panel discussing key themes.

The response to the work so far has been impressive. Savills affiliates are using the content daily, social posts have achieved good reach and engagement, and the content has achieved extensive positive global PR, including a front-page article in the FT Weekend’s ‘House and Home’ section.
