Brief   Create a new content programme for the high-end Savills residential real-estate business

Solution  Previously, Savills featured its properties in large-format, glossy catalogues. Sunday completely remodelled this approach with The Savills Portfolio, an online, email, social and print programme that promotes Savills as agents of the world’s best prime property and as the brand with an unrivalled expertise. To create a clear difference from competitors, the book-like print magazine uses a compact format and graphic cover artwork and incorporates high-quality, textured paper stocks. The title is split into three distinct sections: Showcase tells the stories behind exclusive properties, through interviews with designers, developers, architects and owners; a country-by-country selection of outstanding homes is shown in Collection; and Insights is filled with essays, discussions, thought leadership and opinion from many of the Savills research and international teams. This content is adapted and extended online at and The Savills Portfolio emails and social content drive regular traffic to the site. Digital and print adverts were also created to promote the programme.
